When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition, the 5th respondent has taken remedial steps and therefore they seek withdrawal of the writ petition.
In view of the submission so made, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn without prejudice to the right of the petitioners to agitate their surviving grievances, if any.
