J U D G M E N T
These writ petitions have been filed by the respective petitioners contending that they had availed of personal loans from the respondent Bank. Default was committed and for the recovery of the dues, revenue recovery proceedings have been initiated by the Bank. These proceedings are challenged mainly on the ground that the debts are time barred and therefore cannot be recovered.
Now that the Bank has made the submission as above, I record the same and close the writ petitions on that basis.
