JUDGMENT
The learned counsel for the petitioners in all these writ petitions submits that, after filing these writ petitions, the petitioners have already been granted NOC by the State Government and as per the interim order passed by this Court, temporary affiliation is given by the ICSE. The learned Standing Counsel for the ICSE submits that, the question of permanent affiliation can be considered only after completing the lock in period of three years from the date of obtaining the temporary affiliation.
In the above circumstances, all these writ petitions are closed with liberty to the petitioners to pursue the matter for obtaining the permanent affiliation, in accordance with the relevant provisions of law.
