JUDGMENT
Petitioner is an Assistant Director
(Development) working under the first respondent. By Ext.P6 order, he was placed under suspension. Availing of the statutory remedy of appeal as provided under Regulation 19 of the Spices Board Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Regulations, 1992, applicable to the first respondent, petitioner filed Ext.P10 appeal which is pending consideration of the 7th respondent. It is while so, that this writ petition has been filed.
In that view of the matter, I dispose of this writ petition directing the 7th respondent to consider and

pass orders on Ext.P10 with notice to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within three months of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
