We do not see any reason to condone the delay of 175 days in filing the Writ Appeal. On merits also we feel that the learned Single Judge has rightly granted discretionary partial relief to the organisation which has suffered a heavy loss in the first sale itself. Consequently, we dismiss the delay condonation application as well as the Writ Appeal.
