Writ Appeal is filed against judgment of the learned Single Judge allowing the W.P.(C) in terms of the prayers made for the reason that appellant did not appear or contest in the matter. Appellant's case is that the W.P.(C) itself was a collusive case filed by some members and the appellant-society at that time was managed by a committee which lost the election later. The appellant-society is presently under management of another group. We, therefore, feel this is a fit case for filing review petition before the learned Single Judge to review the judgment. Leaving this freedom to the appellant we close the Writ Appeal without considering merits of the case.
