This Review Petition is filed to review the interim order passed referring the matter before the Full Bench. However, the review petition is filed stating that the review petitioner is waiting for approval of appointment as 13th teacher in the School. Learned Government Pleader submitted that now the teachers' strength is only 9, and previously it was 12. The issue has been referred to be decided by the Full Bench by this Bench. In between the review petition is filed for a direction to regularise the review petitioner's appointment because according to the petitioner with reference to the staff strength of 10-11, she will get protection. The review petitioner feels that she can probably get relief from the statutory authority. Leaving this right open to the review petitioner, we permit the review petition to be withdrawn.
