The Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the

Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Pathanamthitta to dispose of E.P.No.335/2011 as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a time limit to be prescribed by this Court.

Petitioner and his wife are the claimants in O.P.(MV).

¶28

No.1410/2006 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Pathanamthitta. The Tribunal allowed the claimants to recover a sum of `3,36,000/- with interest as compensation. Since the amount of compensation was not paid as per the award, the petitioner filed execution petition, which is pending consideration. The original petition is filed on the apprehension that the respondent may not deposit the award amount in the near future.
