JUDGMENT
The writ petition is filed seeking a direction directing the respondent to deposit the amount as per Ext.P1 award passed by Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Kollam within a time limit to be fixed by this Court and for other incidental reliefs.
In the circumstance, the original petition is disposed of, directing the respondent to deposit the compensation amount awarded in favour of the petitioner before the Tribunal, Kollam, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment.
