This Original Petition (FC) is filed by the wife of the respondent praying for a direction to the Family Court, Thiruvalla for an early disposal of O.P.(Divorce) No.316 of 2010 and O.P.(G&W) No.497 of 2010.

In view of the settlement between the parties, O.P.(F.C.) is disposed of directing the parties to comply with the terms of the settlement and to do the needful before the Family Court, Thiruvalla. It is submitted that the case before the Family Court is posted to 9.7.2012. The parties shall appear before the Family Court on 9.7.2012.
