JUDGMENT

Despite several opportunities given to the petitioner, no

steps were taken and hence the matter was placed before the Bench on 22.11.2012. After considering the persuasive request of

the petitioner, the following order came to be passed :

“ Despite various orders , no steps are taken to complete the service against the unserved respondents . Petitioner is granted two weeks further time and if no steps are taken , the original petition will stand dismissed ” .

The position remains to be the same and no steps have been taken by the petitioner so far. Since the order passed by

¶37

this Court on 22.11.2012 is a self serving one and since the petitioner has not taken any steps, the original petition stands dismissed, as ordered by this Court on 22.11.2012.
