The Court of the Additional District Judge of Kottayam is directed to transmit the records in A.S.No.190/2011 to the court of the Additional Subordinate Judge of Kottayam which disposed of O.S.No.592/2008.

The Trial Court shall substitute the original of Ext.A1 Will with the certified copy produced by the petitioners and re-transmit the records to the court of the Additional District Judge of Kottayam. The Appellate Court is directed to dispose of A.S.No.190/2011 on its file without delay after the substitution of Ext.A1 Will.
