JUDGMENT
I have already directed the court of the II Additional Munsiff of Thiruvananthapuram to dispose of I.A. No. 6511/2012 in O.S. No. 981/2012 on merits within a stipulated time. I have also clarified that the election, if any, conducted in the meanwhile to the Trivandrum Synod will be purely provisional and subject to the final orders in I.A. No. 6511/2012. It is reported that I.A. No. 6511/2012 has already been heard and that orders are awaited.
No further clarification is necessary and the Original Petition is disposed of.
