A compromise petition has been filed by the parties wherein they state that the dispute between the parties have been settled and they are agreeable to have the present appeal allowed. The present appeal is directed against the judgment of the Family Court, Kozhikode declining divorce which was sought for by the
appellant on the ground of cruelty. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appeal be allowed. On behalf of Adv.Mr.Ravi Krishnan, Adv.Mr.R.Ranjith submits that it is a fact that the cruelties had been meted out on the appellant and such cruelties entitling her to a decree of divorce. We record the terms of the compromise and allow the Mat. Appeal. We dissolve the matrimonial marriage between the appellant and the respondent by passing a decree of divorce on the ground of cruelty.
