The appeal arises out of O.P.No.180 of 2004 on the
file of the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram. The Original Petition was filed by the respondents for a declaration that the first respondent is the legally wedded wife of the appellant and respondents 2 to 4 are the children born in that wedlock. The trial court decreed the suit.
