Learned counsel for the parties submitted that the disputes between the parties were settled and that the decree has been satisfied. It is, therefore, submitted that the appeal is not pressed.

Learned counsel for the appellants submitted that since the decree has been satisfied, the attachment may be lifted. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for lifting the attachment. Accordingly, the attachment is lifted. There will be a direction to the Family Court, Ettumanoor to communicate the order lifting attachment to the Sub Registrar concerned.

Learned counsel for the appellants also submitted that the documents submitted before the Family Court for the purpose of furnishing security may be released to the appellants. For this
