This appeal stood posted for taking up steps for impleading the legal heirs of the first respondent on as many as seven occasions including this date. Sri.C.Rajendran, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the appellant is seriously thinking it in terms of engaging a senior counsel. We are not impressed by the grounds on which adjournment is sought for. We are however not rejecting the appeal straight away. We close this appeal.
