The Matrimonial Appeal is filed against the order dated 2.7.2009 in E.A.No.62 of 2009 in E.P.No.57 of 2008 on the file of the Family Court, Malappuram. By the order impugned, the claim put forward by the appellant/petitioner was rejected finding that the property claimed by him is different from the property which was under attachment.
