as bystander's expenses, this means the appellant is entitled to get an additional sum of Rs. 6300/- towards by-stander's expenses. So also we find that the appellant should have been awarded loss of earnings for four months instead of three months adopted by the learned Tribunal. This means that we award to the appellant Rs. 3,000/ - more towards compensation for loss of earnings. We find that the learned Tribunal after determining disability compensation, the Tribunal described the same as compensation for loss of amenities. We order that the sum of Rs.2,26,800/- presently awarded is for loss of amenities and we feel that the compensation for disability, some more amount can be granted. This means that according to us, the appellant is eligible for Rs .10,000 /- more as compensation for disability and we award the same to the appellant. Thus in total the appellant is eligible to get an amount of Rs. 19,300 /- (rupees nineteen thousand three hundred only) over and above what was awarded by the Tribunal. This additional amount will carry interest at the rate awarded by the Tribunal.
