O R D E R
In these petitions, the petitioners, who are
accused in case and counter case seeks an order under
Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to quash all further proceedings in Crime No.335/2011 and Crime No.409/2011 of Hosdurg Police Station with a plea that the matter has been settled between
the parties. The offences alleged in Crime No.335/2011 are compoundable. But non compoundable offences are alleged in Crime No.409/2011. It is reported that the matter is at the investigating stage. Therefore, I find that this petitions can be disposed of with direction to the

Investigating Officer to complete the investigation as early as possible after taking into account of the so called settlement between the parties and to file the final report as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, which the petitioner shall make available to the Investigating Officer.
