ORDER
Petitioner is one among the accused in a crime case which is now pending investigation. After his arrest he was enlarged on bail imposing some conditions, one among which directed him to surrender his passport. He moved an application for release of the passport waiving the aforesaid condition, to go abroad. That application was allowed by the learned Sessions Judge directing him to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) as security for release of the passport. In the case of some other accused in the same crime taking note that the investigation is almost complete, previously, without insisting for cash security passport produced by them had been released, is the submission of the counsel. It is further submitted that
the tourist visa obtained by petitioner has expired and at present he requires release of the passport only for its

renewal. If that be the case, he can move an application before the Sessions Judge for release of the passport for renewal undertaking to produce the renewed passport within the time fixed by that court. If any such application is moved, learned Sessions Judge shall consider and dispose it, in accordance with law imposing such conditions as may be required.
Reserving the right of petitioner to move an application as indicated, the petition is disposed of.
