Though the counsel for the appellant sought time on 03/07/2012 for filing affidavit of the concerned counsel, the Registry has reported that no affidavit is filed so far. Counsel for the appellant is also not present today. From the facts it appears that neither the appellant nor his counsel is interested in prosecuting the appeal. Therefore, the above appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
