The respondent points out that the directions in the judgment in W.P.(C) No.16615 of 2011 have been complied with. The proceedings of the Secretary, Corporation of Cochin in file No.KRP1-140/05 dated 13.9.2012 have been made available. I am satisfied that the directions in the judgment have been complied with though belatedly. The contempt case is hence dismissed without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to impugn the proceedings of the Secretary, Corporation of Cochin afore-stated appropriately.
