JUDGMENT
Annexure-A1, W.P.(c) No.4002/2012 was disposed of by judgment dated 09.03.2012 directing to pass orders granting admissible amount of refund to the petitioner. It is complaining of non-compliance with the above, this petition is filed. Today, on instructions, the learned Government Pleader submitted that order dated 04.06.2012 has been passed directing refund of Rs.1,20,000/- to the petitioner. This submission is recorded.
In view of the order, this contempt case is closed leaving it open to the petitioners to pursue his grievances if he is aggrieved by this present order.
