This contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience with the directions of this Court in the judgment dated 11th October, 2010 in W.P.(C)No.28804 of 2010. That writ petition was disposed of along with W.P.(C)No.19429 of 2010 by a common judgment. Going by the directions in the said common judgment QETCOS had to pay Rs.4,00,000/- per month on or before 10th day of every month commencing from the month of December, 2010 to the first respondent. In the said order itself it was made clear that in case of failure on the part of the QETCOS to effect payment in terms of the said direction it would be open to the first respondent in W.P.(C) No.19429 of 2010 to initiate coercive steps for realizing the dues in accordance with law. Consequential directions were also issued thereunder. The averments in this contempt petition is that though initially QETCOS effected payments in compliance with the directions in the judgment, thereafter they have committed continuous default in payment.
