JUDGMENT
Grievance is with regard to the non compliance of the
direction given by this Court as per Annexure A1 judgment dated 23.12.2011 in W.P.(C).No.2581/2010.
to the contents of the affidavit filed by the 2nd respondent that, the direction has already been complied with by convening a review 'DPC' and copy of the final order has been produced as Annexure R1(c), bearing G.O.(Rt).No.5388/2012/RD dated 24.9.2012.
In the above circumstance, this Court does not find anything further to be proceeded against in this matter. This contempt matter is closed accordingly, without prejudice to the rights and liberties of the petitioner to challenge Ext.R1(c), if aggrieved in any manner.
