ORDER
It is submitted by the learned Public Prosecutor
that no crime has been registered against the petitioner in Ambalapuzha Police Station. This court had issued notice to respondents 3 to 5. Though notice has been served on them, they have not responded. Since no crime has been registered against the petitioner, there is no necessity to grant relief to the petitioner. Therefore this application is closed.
Normally, if a crime is registered outside the State and the person has to be arrested, the usual procedures have to be followed, i.e., notice will have to be given to the person concerned etc.. In case the petitioner receives any such notice, he is at liberty to move this court for appropriate reliefs.
