The learned Public Prosecutor submits that the 1st , 4th
and 6th petitioner alone are the accused in Crime No:221/2012 of Peruvanthanam Police Station, Thrissur. Apprehending arrest, this petition under section 438 of Cr.P.C. is filed for anticipatory bail. It is stated that the other persons are not arrayed as accused. Hence they need not apprehend arrest.

the following directions are issued :-
In the event of arrest, they shall be released on bail on their executing a bond for Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) each with two solvent sureties each for the like amount to the satisfaction of the officer obtaining the bond. If not arrested, they will surrender before the learned Magistrate having jurisdiction and will seek regular bail. The learned Magistrate will grant bail to the accused on their executing a bond for Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five thousand only) each and on such other conditions the learned Magistrate may deem fit to impose, if necessary.
