JUDGMENT
The petitioner has approached this Court with a prayer to direct the first and second respondents not to dispossess him from any portion of the property owned, possessed and enjoyed by him, situated in Sy.No. 599/4/1 of Mallappuzhaseri village, Pathanamthitta district, otherwise than under due process of law, in connection with the proposed steps for widening the road in question.
Considering the facts and circumstances, this Court finds that, the petitioner can be dispossessed from any portion of the property owned and possessed as aforesaid only in accordance with the relevant provisions of law. With the above observation, the matter is disposed of.
