The W.P.(C) was filed for direction to the Government to pass orders on Ext.P2 which was a proceeding pending before the Government. It is now reported that the Government has passed orders on Ext.P2. Petitioner wants to reserve his right to challenge the order issued by the Government. We do not think there is any need for us to grant any permission to the petitioner to challenge the order issued by the Government, if it is otherwise tenable. Since Advocate General appearing for the State also has confirmed that the Government has passed orders on Ext.P2, W.P.(C) is closed as infructuous.
