JUDGMENT
Petitioner is a contractor. Pursuant to an agreement dated 6.6.2008, the petitioner was awarded electrification works of new building for ladies rest room, class room and open stage attached to DIET, Palayad. It is stated that he completed the works and submitted Ext.P1 bill. Grievance of the petitioner is that so far `1,02,474/- has not been disbursed. It is therefore the writ petition is filed seeking directions to the respondents to disburse the amount due.
Now that the second respondent has approved the bill and forwarded it to the third respondent for disbursement of the amount due, I direct the third respondent to disburse the amount due to the petitioner under Ext.P1 bill as early as possible, at any rate, within eight weeks from the date of production of a copy of this judgment.
