It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that

in view of the subsequent order issued by the University, produced as Ext.P6, the petitioner's claim need to be allowed. This fact is not disputed by the Standing Counsel appearing for the University.

Under such circumstances the writ petition is disposed

of directing the respondent University to consider the request of the petitioner for registration in view of Ext.P6 and to communicate the decision taken in this regard to the petitioner at the earliest.

The needful in this regard shall be done within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
