J U D G M E N T
In view of the circumstances which led to the review of the judgment passed on 4.1.2011, it is revealed that the writ petition was filed without the knowledge of the petitioner, by somebody else. Therefore, no relief can be granted in this writ petition. It is stated by learned Government Pleader that the authorities of the Commercial Tax Department has already lodged a complaint before the police authorities, in connection with release of the vehicle obtained by impersonation and that the vehicle has already been taken into custody.
