JUDGMENT
The petitioner has approached this Court with the following
prayers :
(i) To call for the records leading upto Ext. P2 and quash the same by the issuance of a writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction.
(ii) To declare that the denial of appointment to the petitioner is violative of Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India.
(iii) To issue a writ of mandamus commanding the 1st & 2nd respondents to consider the application of the petitioner afresh and give him appointment as Melsanthi (iv) To issue such other writs, orders or directions as this Hon'ble Court deem, fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
