JUDGMENT
The petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following
prayer:
Issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the 1st respondent to disburse the petitioner's superannuation pension by reckoning the petitioner's date of birth as shown in the SSLC record which is 12.11.1944.
The learned counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner is getting the revised pension as prayed for in this writ
petition. Therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous
and the same is dismissed as infructuous.
