J U D G M E N T
The writ petition was filed challenging the decision of the 2nd respondent who invited tenders from unlisted contractors. The tender in question was invited in pursuance to Ext.P4 order of the Government entrusting certain works to the 2nd respondent. It is now submitted by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent that by GO(RT) No.1575/11 PWD dated 15.11.11 the Government have cancelled Ext.P4. In the light of the said development there is no necessity of any further orders in this writ petition.
Hence this writ petition is closed.
