J U D G M E N T
These are writ petitions filed by Colleges affiliated to the first respondent, University, seeking a direction for the conduct of election following the direct system of election. When the cases came up for admission interim orders were passed by this Court dated 4.10.2011 enabling the Colleges to conduct election as sought for by them. Accordingly elections have been held and the elected representatives have assumed office. In view of such developments, these writ petitions are closed making the interim order absolute.
