J U D G M E N T

The prayer sought in this writ petition reads as under:-

“(i) issue a writ of mandamus or writ of similar nature or order or direction commanding the respondents to pay the bill amount of Rs.4,84,792/- (Four lakhs eighty four thousand seven hundred and ninety two only) due to the petitioner with regard the work of tar cutting of water supply pipe in Vettimuricha Kotta to West Forth forthwith.”

Learned Government Pleader on instruction submits that the petitioner has submitted the measurement book and the final bills only on 19/10/2011 and that the same are being scrutinized. It is stated that the scrutiny will be completed and the amount due to the petitioner will be paid within three months.

Therefore, recording the submission as above and directing that the amount be paid as undertaken, the writ petition is disposed of.
