JUDGMENT
The petitioner has approached this court for a direction to respondents 1 to 3 to approve the appointment of the petitioner as Headmaster. In pursuance to the interim order passed by this court on 27.10.2004, the petitioner was allowed to continue as Headmaster. In the meantime, the petitioner has been retired from service. The interim order passed by this court is made absolute. This writ petition is accordingly closed.
