What is essentially complained of in this writ petition is regarding the non-maintenance of Mangalam Maravantha Road in Tirur Taluk. It is seen that the petitioner has taken up this grievance before the District Collector by filing Ext.P6. It is complained that there has not been any response to Ext.P6.

Taking note of this grievance, I direct that the District Collector shall consider Ext.P6 on the production of a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition. Needful shall be done within eight weeks thereafter.

Writ petition is disposed of as above.
