Both the learned counsel for the petitioners in WP(C) Nos.13217 and 13587/11 submit that, pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court, though the petitioners could participate in the examination, they could not prove their eligibility to the requisite extent so as to have secured admission, and hence these writ petitions are not pressed.
Accordingly, these writ petitions are dismissed as not pressed.
