When this petition came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the lorry regarding the seizure of which grievance has been raised in this writ petition has been released to the petitioners by an order of the District Collector after imposing fine. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that without prejudice to the rights of the petitioners to challenge the said order, this petition can now be closed as unnecessary. Request accepted. This writ petition is dismissed as unnecessary.
