JUDGMENT
The petitioner has approached this court with the following prayers:
submits, on instruction, that the averments and allegations raised in the Writ Petition are devoid of any merit and that, the bank has not refused to consider the application of the petitioner. It is stated that the application preferred by the petitioner will be considered on merits and appropriate decision will be taken, simultaneously adding that, inspite of the instruction given in this regard, the petitioner is still to turn up before the bank.
