J U D G M E N T
The writ petition was filed challenging Exts.P7 and P8 by which the property mark registration of the petitioner was proposed to be cancelled. It is now submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that during the pendency of the writ petition, order has been issued cancelling the property mark registration and that aggrieved by the said order, petitioner has already filed an appeal under Rule 12(4) of Kerala Forest Produce Transit Rules before the first respondent.
In view of the aforesaid development this writ petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to pursue the aforesaid appeal which is stated to be pending before the first respondent.
