JUDGMENT
The petitioner is an employee of the Personnel Department in Traco Cable Company Limited. While working as Clerk in the Store, on account of dust allergy, she requested for a transfer and she was given such transfer. But, later she was promoted as Store Keeper by Ext.P1 order. The petitioner submits that because she is prone to dust allergy, she cannot work in the store. She further submits that she can be promoted either as Office Assistant or Store Keeper. The petitioner has filed Ext.P2 representation seeking a transfer as Office Assistant. The petitioner seeks a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P2 expeditiously.
Having heard the learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 and 3 as well as the learned Government Pleader also, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P2, after affording an

opportunity of being heard to the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
