JUDGMENT

The prayers raised in the Writ Petition are as follows ;

i. Issue a writ of certiorari or any other writ or order calling for the records relating to Ext. P7 and to quash the same.

¶26

ii. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ or order directing the 1^st respondent to carryout mutation of the property owned by the petitioner in terms of Ext. P1 settlement deed.

iii. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ or order directing the 1^st respondent effect mutation temporarily in favour of the petitioner and her son on the basis of Ext P1.

The petitioner has filed I.A. 6620 of 2011, producing a copy of the request dated 01.04.2011 filed before the first respondent as Ext. P11. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner will be satisfied, if a direction is given to the first respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext. P11, untrammeled by the observations made by the second respondent in Ext. P3.

In view of the limited nature of relief sought for, this Court does not find it necessary to go into the merits of the case. The Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the first respondent to consider Ext. P11 and pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law,

untrammeled by the observations made by the second respondent in Ext. P3, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
