J U D G M E N T
Even though this court was not inclined to entertain the review petition on merits indulgence was shown in restraining the respondents from dispossessing the petitioner from the residential building, subject to condition petitioner remitting a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- on or before 3110-2011 and another sum of Rs.1,00,000/- on or before 10-11-2011.
Accordingly the Review petition is dismissed.
