O R D E R

The petitioner in the writ petition has filed this review petition for review of the judgment dated 30.5.2011 in W.P(C) No. 13110/2009. The contention raised in the review petition is that on the date of passing the judgment, counsel for the petitioner could not appear and advance arguments. In view of the said contention, I heard the learned counsel for the petitioner on merits of the case. Even after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner on merits also, I do not find any grounds to change the judgment.

Accordingly, the review petition is dismissed.
