ORDER
This Review Petition arises from the judgment dated 11.03.2011 in W.P(C) No. 32602 of 2010, whereby the said case was closed, without entering into the merits, but for recording the submission made from the part of the learned Government Pleader as to the turn of events, particularly with regard to the issuance of the letter bearing No. 15908/D/2010/STA dated 05.03.2011, which in fact was enough to extend the necessary reliefs to the petitioner therein.

the verdict dated 11.03.2011 was only for the fact that no further orders are warranted in the said writ petition in view of the submission of the learned Government Pleader. It is made clear that, if the review petitioner is aggrieved of any of orders passed by the Government, it is always open for him to challenge the same by resorting to appropriate steps..
In the said circumstances, the review petition is closed, making it clear that all the contentions are left open to be agitated in the writ petition, stated as preferred before this Court challenging the aforesaid order of the Government.
