Heard. Review Petition is allowed. The judgment dated 02.02.2011 in W.P(c) No.33564 of 2010 is recalled. The review petitioner is impleaded as additional 4th respondent in the Writ Petition. The learned counsel for the review petitioner/additional 4th respondent submits that the averments in the review petition may be reckoned as the contentions/counter statements of the additional 4th respondent in the Writ Petition also. That request is accepted. The learned counsel for the 1st respondent herein/writ petitioner submits that counter affidavit in the review petition may be reckoned as reply affidavit of the petitioner in the Writ Petition.
